Brief Synopsis – A Russian submarine commander on his last mission must deal with potential mutiny on his ship
My Take on it – I was hoping that this movie would be good, but I was soooo bored throughout the entire 90 minutes.
I didn’t care whether the characters would live or die or even why they existed. The movie claims to be based on actual events, so I hope the real people had a better time than I did watching this movie.
There are numerous excellent submarine movies that I would recommend seeing waaayy before you waste your time on this one. Run Silent, Run Deep (1958), Das Boot (1981), The Hunt for Red October (1990) or Crimson Tide (1995) are just a few examples.
Bottom Line – Waste of time. See any of the much better Submarine movies available
