“Well, one of us must have killed him!” – Mrs. White
Number of Times Seen – at least 5 (29 Jul 2013)
Brief Synopsis – 6 strangers show up at a secluded location and find blackmail, double-cross and murder.
My Take on it – Over the weekend, I played Clue with the wife and kids and was reminded of this fun movie from 1985.
I recall seeing it on New Years eve (when the theaters were empty) with my parents and siblings.
The most unique thing that was done with this movie was that they made three separate endings and depending on which theater you attended, you saw a different ending.
For the video and TV broadcasts, they added all 3 endings to the final cut by adding “tags” showing what “could have happened” and what “really happened”.
This movie was fun since I already knew the characters and their “weapons of choice”. The fact that they made numerous endings goes well with the board game theme since every time you play the game, the results are different.
Bottom Line – Fun movie. Nice popcorn movie. Recommended.
Rating – Globe Worthy
