“[At Ted Harduvel’s gravesite] I know it wasn’t Ted’s fault. I’m not coming back here until I prove it.” – Janet Harduvel
Number of Times Seen – 1 (26 Dec 2013)
Brief Synopsis – An air force widow tried to find out what caused her husband’s plane to crash while the military tries to keep it a secret.
My Take on it – There really isn’t much to say about this mediocre melodrama that is based on a true event.
A jetfighter crashes…government coverup… wife seeks answers and takes the airplane manufacturer to court using a lawyer specializing in aircraft accidents.
The acting here is also just ok. Laura Dern, Vincent Spano, Robert Loggia and Michael Rooker are all ok here and this HBO movie still feels like a movie of the week.
Bottom Line – Mediocre movie based on a true event. Nothing special.
Rating – BAFTA Worthy
