“You on a last name basis with most of your girlfriends?” – Cynthia Morales
Number of Times Seen – 1 (23 Feb 2014)
Brief Synopsis – The 18 year old daughter of The US President seeks independence from her parents just like every other girl her age, but her father decides to place an undercover secret service agent to keep an eye on her.
My Take on it – This movie was recommended to me by Sci-Fi Drama Queen (Thanks!) and although I didn’t expect this to be an amazing movie, it was somewhat enjoyable.
I liked the chemistry between the two leads Mandy Moore and Matthew Goode and the even better chemistry between Jeremy Piven and Annabella Sciorra who were two secret service agents chasing them around Europe.
I’m not much into these kind of teen rom-coms, so I can really just say that this one was slightly better than mediocre and not too memorable
I’m a big fan of Mark Harmon who plays Moore’s father who is also POTUS. It was fun seeing him here in this role instead of on NCIS, even though they both have lots in common.
Bottom Line – Slightly better than mediocre, but not very memorable rom-com.
Rating – BAFTA Worthy
