Brief Synopsis – 47 Japanese warriors without a master seek vengeance on the Shogun who killed their master.

My Take on it –  Some times there is a good reason when a studio doesn’t release a movie until 2 years after it was made.

This is one of them.

I found this movie to be horrendous!

I didn’t care for any of the characters good or evil because they don’t spoend any time trying to develop any of them.

The story itself seems interesting, but this was done in such a boring way that I was so tempted to turn it off so many time,s but hoped upon hope that there would be a reprieve at some point.

But, there was none.

Keanu Reeves at his worst (and that says a lot)

And what’s with the fantasy stuff in feudal Japan????  I mean WTF???

Stay far far away!

Bottom Line – Terribly boring movie.  No character development what so ever. Silly way of adding in fantasy lore into this tale.  Skip it!
