Brief Synopsis – After a small Irish island is infested by killer aliens, the residents soon realize that the best way to defend themselves is by being drunk.

My Take on it – Here is my third of 5 reviews of movies that my good friend Table9Mutant of Cinema Parrot Disco “forced” me to watch after she won my movie road race quiz during Eric of the IPC’s Summer Shitfest 2014.

I’m not a big fan of horror movies, but some of the horror-comedies that I’ve seen have been enjoyable to me.

This movie for me was ok, but I can’t say that I enjoyed it especially or that I suffered while watching it.

There were a few humorous scenes and I must say the premise is unique in its own way.

I can understand how Eric and Mutant might love this one, but it’s just not really my style of movie.

I think the trick may be to watch this drunk. 🙂

Bottom Line – Not my kind of movie, but I can see how some people would find this movie hilarious. Perhaps the key is to be drunk while watching it. 🙂

Rating – BAFTA Worthy
