“We’re either in a café in Paris or a coffee shop in New Jersey. I’m pretty sure I just came back from the doctor with life-changing news.” – Trixie

Brief Synopsis – Andy’s toys face a new dilemma when Andy is now all grown up and off the college.
My Take on it – I love how they thought of yet another great adventure for our toy “friends” and this time they decided to take the sentimental route.
It’s great how they decided to take the story to its inevitable conclusion and deal with it in a very emotional and adult way.
We all deal with getting older in different ways and apparently even Toys go thru changes in their own lives.
We were even treated to some new characters to inject some “fresh” blood to the party.
This movie makes one think more and more about the toys of our youth than even the previous two movies were able to evoke and adds to the nostalgia of it all.
Loved the way they describe daycare and show what really happens there.
Great how they also added a heist theme to the storyline which worked extremely well.
This movie is better than the previous two due to a better storyline and even more advanced animation techniques.
This became only the 3rd animated movie to be nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars and the first ever sequel to be nominated where it’s original installment wasn’t also nominated.
The story is neatly wrapped up and goes out in a great way.
The announcement that they are now working on the4th installment makes one wonder where they plan on going from here.
I, for one, am eager to find out…..
Bottom Line – Great continuation of the adventures of our ‘toy’ friends. Very interesting what amazing ideas the people of Pixar think of for these characters. Great way to end the series (sorta).
Rating – Oscar Worthy (no change from original review)

It’s not often that a movie makes me misty-eyed, but GOD that incinerator scene…gets me every time. Love this one. Agreed on that 4th movie–can’t wait to see where they go!
