Tnx Troy!

phenomena“Why don’t you call your INSECTS! GO ON! CALL! CALL!” – Frau Bruckner

Number of Times Seen – 1 (20 May 2015)

Brief Synopsis – A young girl with a mysterious ability to communicate with insects is sent to a boarding school in Europe which is plagued by a murderer.

My Take on it – I’m not the biggest fan of horror films (understatement) but I quite often enjoy the ones which are more crime related than supernatural.

This one was soooo silly and stupid. So much doesn’t make sense and the cheesy 80’s dialogue doesn’t help its cause at all.

Jennifer Connelly is ok here but I’m sure we are all grateful that she got better in the years to come.

Im quite surprised that Donald Pleasance agreed to make this movie because it truly is so horrendous.

Bottom Line – Very silly crime/horror that makes little sense and has such cheesy dialogue. Thankfully Connelly got better as she got older. Not sure why Pleasance agreed to sign on to this disasterous flick.

MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – The film was inspired to Dario Argento after he learned that insects are sometimes used during murder investigations.(From IMDB)

Rating – Razzie Worthy
