“To a night the four of us will never forget! ” – Phil
Number of Times Seen – 3 (15 Jul 2009, Jun 2011 and 29 Dec 2015)
Brief Synopsis – Four friends who travel to Vegas for a Bachelor Party wake up in the morning not knowing what happened the night before and must try to piece things together before going back home.
My Take on it – I remember when I saw this the first time. I didn’t really know what to expect and was blown away with how hilarious it all is.
What makes it kind of unique is the fact that not only do with laugh at all of the jokes throughout, but we also are on the edge of our seats in order to try and find out what will happen all the while trying to figure out what did happen.
The dilemmas that they guys get themselves into just keeps getting bigger and bigger and they are constantly faced with new crises one after another.
Each of the four main characters fit typical Hollywood stereotypes, but each of their quirks helps bring them all together as things get worse and worse.
Their chemistry together in both comedic and dramatic situations are obvious throughout and I can’t stop laughing every time that I’ve seen this movie.
Bottom Line – Hilarious comedy that manages to keep us in suspense and in stitches for nearly two hours. Bombards us over and over with new hilarious dilemmas that just keep piling on. Four leads are typical stereotyoes but have so much chemistry together that it feels new and refreshing no matter the hijinks they get involved in. Highly recommended!
MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis’s songs (“Stu’s Song” and “Three Best Friends”, respectively) were improvised. (From IMDB)
Rating – Oscar Worthy

No, I did like it!! I just meant if people say it’s not funny that’s just kind of churlish. I really regret saying it now lol 😉 I enjoyed this one and the sequel too, not seen the third (yet)

Yeah this one is pretty great. Story structure is a stroke of genius. Can think of it as a modern comedy-mystery

The problem was that they tried to repeat the genius and success of the original
