“I know what it’s like to lose. To feel so desperately that you’re right, yet to fail nonetheless. It’s frightening, turns the legs to jelly. I ask you to what end? Dread it. Run from it. Destiny arrives all the same. And now it’s here. Or should I say, I am.” – Thanos

Brief Synopsis – The various superheroes of the MCU band together in order to try and stop Thanos from acquiring all 6 Infinity Stones.
Bottom Line – Great culmination of the previous 22 films in the series. The characters have all been developed so well over the past decade that it makes it easier for the story to flow because of the familiarity with all of them and with their powers. Despite having such a vast cast, they still find ways to let each of them shine over the course of the film. The film does a great job of raising the stakes of the conflict and not everyone manages to survive the deadly threat of Thanos. The film is deeply connected to its sequel which is helped by the very abrupt ending of this story. The special effects are superbly done and really enhance everything that happens here. The way that they join together so many characters that have not worked together previously helps develop each of them on a deeper level because we get to see how they react in a new environment. On eof the best superhero films ever made! Highly Highly Recommended!
MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – Rocket calls the outriders “space dogs”. This line was written after a focus group saw one of the test screenings: one of the viewers referred to the creatures as “space dogs”. The filmmakers thought it was hilarious and decided to add it to the movie. (From IMDB)
Rating – Oscar Worthy (10/10) (no change from original review)
