“Dammit, Josephson, commit! If you’re not committed to anything, you’re just taking up space!” – David Stillwell
Number of Times Seen – 1 (13 Sep 2020)
Brief Synopsis – A accountant with amnesia tries to find out why he can’t remember anything that happened to him especially following the death of his boss.
Bottom Line – Great cold war spy thriller that works quite well. Gregory Peck is perfectly cast in the lead role and they do a wonderful job mixing science and politics into this story. The way that the story unfolds is quite gripping and it mostly comes across in a very realistic manner. Love the conspiracy theory aspects of the film because they add lots of mystery and tension to the whole situation. Recommended!
MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – Gregory Peck was so happy with the quality of the film, that he gave screenwriter Peter Stone a Rolls-Royce as a post-production gift after the movie came out. (From IMDB)
Rating – Globe Worthy (8/10)
