Brief Synopsis – While on a trans-Atlantic flight, an engineer’s daughter goes missing and she must try and find her before the plane lands.

My Take on it – This is a film that I enjoyed more this time around then I did during the previous two watches.

The plot is quite thrilling and they find a way to keep things quite suspenseful the whole way through.

The movie sports a great cast with Jodie Foster doing a wonderful job in the lead.

Her performance is erratic enough to help make the ambiguity of the story feel much more plausible.

This film’s story is able to create a very tense scenario about a supersonic jet which allows us to feel the tension level climbing as the plane itself does.

The film also has a great supporting cast with Sean Bean and Peter Sarsgaard helping to make things feel even more suspenseful and intense as things progress.

There are some nice twists and turns along the way that help make the story feel quite unpredictable as it moves forward since it unfolds in ways that one might never expect.

Bottom Line – Great thriller that works on numerous levels. Foster does a wonderful job in the lead role because she makes us believe the ambiguity of the situation. They are able to create such a great scenario aboard a super jet which lets us feel the tension rising as the plane continues forward on its journey. The supporting cast is als great with Bean and Sarsgaard helping to keep things intense and suspenseful the whole way through. The unpredictability of this film helps things so much especially when things begin to unfold in ways that one might not expect at all. Recommended!
