Brief Synopsis – Documentary about the political life of Robert F. Kennedy, who never aspired for greatness, yet greatness still chose him.

My Take on it – As a fan of the history of the US Presidency, I was quite intrigued to see what this movie was all about.

They give the viewer a very comprehensive look at the political life of Bobby Kennedy from his start on his brother’s Congressional campaigns thru his own bid for the White House.

The film is filled with some great interviews with some of the people who were very close with him that are able to articulate and explain everything that he did in order to propose so much change in the country because of his charisma and influence.

The archival footage of so many of the events that happened over the course of this near twenty year window is so fascinating to watch because it is able to enhance the knowledge of who he was and why he always strived for change, especially via others.

When he realized that certain things can only be done directly by him, he switched gears and did all he could to achieve these goals.

Such a fascinating portrait of someone who had so much potential snuffed away in an instant.
