“Strange things happen to men when they smell that much cash ” – Tom

Number of Times Seen – 1 (1 Jun 2021)

Brief Synopsis – A mysterious man takes a job as a guard in an armored car company and does all he can to keep everyone safe while delivering millions of dollars over the streets of LA every day of the week

My Take on it – Really fun action film that does some very unique things with its characters and plot that help keep things so entertaining and enjoyable along the way.

Love the secrecy of so much of the story and they find some really enjoyable ways to let the story unfold.

Jason Statham is perfectly cast in the lead role and plays the main character in the perfect way way.

The action scenes are choreographed really well and help raise the suspense of things as things unfold before our eyes.

The supporting cast is also great even if most of them aren’t very well known.

Jeffrey Donovan stands out among them as a very cool and collected character.

Great seeing Josh Hartnett here because it shows that he might be starting to return to the screen after quite a long absence.

The story is also able to throw out a bunch of great surprises along the way that are able to constantly change the direction that the story seems to be taking while definitely enhances the experience of watching this story unfold.

Recommended!

MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – At early development of this film, Sandra Bullock was attached to star. (From IMDB)
