Fair Game (1995)

“No one tried to kill me! This is Miami. I’m local. We only shoot the tourists. ” – Kate

Number of Times Seen – 1 (13 Jul 2021)

Brief Synopsis – A cop must try and protect a lawyer who has been targeted by foreign agents.

My Take on it – Horrendous film that fails to work on any level.

William Baldwin and Cindy Crawford are both so bad in this film that it makes me cringe even just trying to recall their performances.

They have no chemistry what so ever with one another and that makes it even more annoying to watch.

The plot is really silly and they add in some scenes of gratuitous sex in the strangest places; the duo are being chased by the bad guys and decide to take a break to have sex, which obviously lets the bad guys catch up and shoot at them in the middle of their “scene”.

The overall plot is completely unoriginal and it fails to find ways to stand out besides by the fact that it is completely laughable the whole way through.

Steve Berkoff plays his typical villainous role that just doesn’t find a way to feel menacing enough.

The story plays out in a very predictable way and there are very little surprises along the way due to the choices they made of how to present things to the viewer.

Crawford may be quite talented in other aspects of life, but there s a reason she never made another film after this one.

MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – This is Cindy Crawford’s only starring role in a film. (From IMDB)

Rating – Razzie Worthy (1/10)
