Brief Synopsis – A seemingly ordinary student must take on his heritage in order to try and stop a powerful gateway to an ancient world from being reopened.
My Take on it – This was another film in the MCU that I knew nothing about the characters before watching it.
The story is told in a great way and they manage to put together a unique kind of origin story within the MCU because of the way that it needs to both stand alone and blend together within the overall storyline.
The special effects are amazing here and enhance things so much especially when dealing with unknown worlds and adventure.
Really liked the way that they explain things here and I am now quite curious as to how they will integrate this character and story line into the overall MCU story line.
The fact that they feel confident enough to introduce new, non primary superheroes into the MCU is quite a bold move and this film is further proof that it is something that the world they inhabit need sin order to keep it all fresh, unique and innovative the whole way through.

MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – The movie started filming in March 2020 but was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Filming resumed at the end of July 2020 and ended in October 2020. This production was recognized as the first feature film to reopen Disney operations globally since the Covid19 lockdown. They managed to successfully wrap production in Australia with zero positive cases and zero production standstills.(From IMDB)
