CopShop (2021)

“Yeah, well. You in the cop business. So that makes you a murderer. But I’m in the murder business, so that just makes me a laborer. You see how that works? ” – Anthony Lamb

Number of Times Seen – 1 (18 Oct 2021)

Brief Synopsis – A local police station gets a bit too much attention on a seemingly quiet night when two men are brought in to be

My Take on it – This is the kind of film that I really enjoy finding especially when I don’t know anything about them beforehand.

The story is a simplistic one that moves at a great pace and is constantly in motion.

The characters aren’t developed very deeply, yet it’s easy to understand what each of them wants along the way as the story unfolds.

The film is filled with a lots of suspenseful moments that end up giving the viewer some nice surprises due to the various twists and turns along the way.

The cast is great and is filled with both recognizable and unrecognizable actors that work well together.

Gerard Butler and Frank Grillo both are so much fun in this film because of the way that they play their characters.

The best part of this film is that there are so many surprises that the viewer has to always pay close attention to everything happening because of the rapid pace of how everything constantly changes direction.

This is a film that I hope to watch again because it is put together so well.
