Wildcat (2022)

“He’s saving me. I’m saving him. ” – Harry Turner

Number of Times Seen – 1 (2 Jan 2023)

Brief Synopsis – After fighting in Afghanistan, a former British  soldier travels to Central America in order to gain a new perspective on life by helping endangered species.

My Take on it – Great story that works so well in portraying the kind of healing some people need after going through tragic events in their lives. The way that this film shows how difficult life had become for this man, the tables are turned for him when he becomes a protector instead of a hunter. The film chronicles his life in the sanctuary and we get to see the various ups and downs along the way for him.  The biggest question throughout is how will he find a way to persevere through it all and come out in the end stringer and more intact on a mental level.

Recommended!

Rating – Globe Worthy (7/10)
