Brief Synopsis – Two rival investigative reporters working on the same case decide to try and work together and begin to fall in love along the way.
My Take on it – Fun film that works due to the fact that Nick Nolte and Julia Roberts are both great here. The two of them supposedly hated each other during production, but that would be very difficult to tell just by watching the movie. The story plays out well, but goes a bit too far on certain aspects of the story. The plot is put together well and that helps keep things less predictable in the case (Not the rom-com aspect, which is VERY predictable). The story is light enough to stay enjoyable and entertaining throughout despite not being groundbreaking at all.

MovieRob’s Favorite Trivia – Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte reportedly did not get along throughout filming. Nolte would go on to say that this was the worst movie he had ever done while Roberts later said that Nolte was the worst actor she had ever worked with. (From IMDB)
