WHEW!!!
So Zoe and I finally finished posting all of the reviews for the 53 movies Directed by Alfred Hitchcock (plus one special post).
It has been a harrowing month, but we all managed to get through it with flying colors.
First of all, a HUGE THANKS to all of the 26 bloggers who helped make this blogathon a success. Without any of you, we wouldn’t have managed.
Below is a complete list of all of Hitchcock’s movies with links to the reviews and to the bloggers who wrote each review.
The consensus seems to be that Hitchcock got better as time moved on since most of his earlier movies were very difficult to get through.
This is proof that young directors should be sometimes given a chance to get better over the years, because you never know, they may become the next Hitchcock. 🙂
I hope that you all managed to find some new blogs to follow and perhaps even ventured to check out a new Hitchcock movie that you never have seen before.
I also want to personally thank Zoe for her perseverance and help in making this a success. Your enthusiasm helped me get thru some really bad movies 🙂 I couldn’t have asked for a better collaborator for this!
Here’s the final list of all of the reviews.
Thanks again to everyone for making this possible!
-Rob

well, next May is the 100th birthday of Orson Welles AND Clint Eastwood`s 85th birthday. Time for a Wellesathon … actually, maybe it should be called the Orsonathon. And an Eastwoodathon. Or Clintathon if you prefer.
